The Digital Omnibus is a key initiative aimed at simplifying and modernising the European Union’s digital rulebook. By streamlining legislation related to data, privacy, and cybersecurity, it seeks to reduce regulatory fragmentation, foster innovation and artificial intelligence, ease compliance requirements for businesses, and strengthen the Digital Single Market.

This hearing will bring together Members of the European Parliament, policymakers, industry representatives, and other stakeholders to discuss how the initiative can be implemented effectively and contribute to Europe’s digital competitiveness.
